Wow - what a great splash for the first NEWTvNight – the first monthly networking event of the New England Web Tv Association (NEWTvA)! So exciting! Thanks to all for coming out especially after a long hard week on Adam Sandler’s “Grown Ups” - this is sure proof that we can build a vital web media industry in Massachusetts by building together with our exceptional talent, crew, writers, and local content creators/Producers and web people! Everyone made so many new contacts that I'm sure will prove very valuable in looking to build content on the web – and doing our part to be build a vital web media industry!!!

Whether you are talent, crew, writer, content creator/Producer, web person, or interested in web media and getting into the Biz, don’t miss out on this media revolution! Last year, $580mil was spent in web video advertising – and there is a 17 fold increase projected - within the next 3-4 years – that is $10 billion – as revenues migrate from traditional television advertising to the web – the result will be truly explosive – and we need to be organized and prepared to take advantage of the opportunities, create jobs, make money, tell meaningful stories, make lifelong friends, and have fun!
