Event Description

Call for Entries for New Media Fellow Program! Among the applicants, ten finalists will be selected from which one will be become the OurTvSpace New Media Fellow who will:

• Collaborate with the team at OurTvSpace to write an original 20 Episode Web Series from September 15, 2009 through January 15, 2009!

• Receive a Stipend of $10,000 to help cover living expenses while a New Media Fellow!

• Be Considered for Representation by Brandon Martinez - New Media Agent in the New Media/Alternative Programming Department at Abrams Artists Agency!

• Have the Opportunity of Having their Work Produced and Distributed by OurTvSpace!

The Selection Committe is a team of notables, including:

Douglas Kirkpatrick, Entertainment Attorney and a Founder of OurTvSpace;

Brandon Martinez, New Media Agent at Abrams Artist Agency and inaugural member of the International Academy of Web Television;

Marc Hustvedt, Co-Founder of Tubefilter – the leading authority on episodic web television and Co-Founder of the International Academy of Web Television, which recently launched the Streamy Awards to recognize excellence in online programming;

Scott Anderson, head of the prestigious Harvard Square Script Writers group;

Adam Campbell, a screenwriter and two-time winner of the prestigious Chesterfield Fellowship who also mentored with David Koepp.
